Terms of Service

The ground rules

Last updated July 2026. This is a plain-language summary, not a substitute for legal advice, and it may be updated as Fazer grows.

Using Fazer

Fazer is free to use. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use Fazer.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for anything posted from your account. Give us accurate info when you sign up, and let us know if you think your account's been compromised.

Your content

Anything you post — reviews, ratings, lists, comments, your profile — is yours. By posting it on Fazer, you give us permission to display it as part of the app (like showing your review on an album page or your profile). You're responsible for what you post, and it should be your own or something you have the right to share.

Be decent

No harassment, hate speech, spam, impersonation, or content that's illegal or infringes someone else's rights. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this, at our discretion.

Connected services

If you connect Discogs, Spotify, Last.fm, Apple Music, or Deezer, you're responsible for complying with those services' own terms as well. Fazer just uses the access you grant to import your collection or listening data.

No warranty

Fazer is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't guarantee it'll be free of bugs or downtime. Use it at your own discretion.

Changes

Fazer is free forever. If a paid tier is ever introduced down the line, the core experience — rating, reviewing, logging, following — stays free. We may update these terms as the app evolves, and we'll do our best to flag meaningful changes.

Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime from Settings — this permanently removes your reviews, collection, and activity, and can't be undone. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
